Terms & Conditions

By participating in any Pudsey Toy Swap event, you agree to adhere to the following:

You are age 18 or over to participate in the event (children are welcome to attend but MUST be accompanied by an adult who has responsibility for the child/children and ensure they are supervised at all times)

The number of items that can taken is not limited, but is subject to the understanding that the amount taken is,

1. considered reasonable for the number of children expected to benefit and
2. you hold a genuine belief that each item will be wanted, used or played with and/or provide assistance for education.
3. Not to be taken to sell on, under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any items taken are safe, suitable and age appropriate BEFORE giving to any child.

Whilst every case is taken by our volunteers to check and clean donated items, we cannot guarantee items are fully working or complete sets.

Condition of the item is to be assessed by you, the swapper, as to whether it meets the standard you wish for.
